We understand that building work can create a huge unwanted mess and upset plenty of dust, a first initial builders clean will effectively remove any dust, paint splatters and marks.

We will show your project the level of care and attention that it deserves. Following this, prior to handover (dependent on-site construction or newly built homes) we then conduct a ‘sparkle clean’. This is a much quicker procedure comparative to the initial builders clean and is for the purpose of sharpening up any areas from any final internal works that may have taken place since the last visit. It tends to involve ensuring there is no sticky residue, marks, scuffs, or other visual imperfections remaining before the finished building is ready to occupy. In this clean we would remove any protective films or stickers on appliances or furnishings. Generally, this clean would be performed before the arrival of the mastic trade.

Initial Contact

Site Assessment
• Our Operations Manager will schedule a visit to the client's site to discuss requirements in detail, take notes, and assess the scope of work.
Quotation Proposal
Based on the site visit, we will draft a detailed proposal and send the quotation to the client via email.
Quotation Approval
Upon acceptance of the quote and receipt of the purchase order, we will develop a tailored schedule aligned with the project's requirements.
The Builder’s Clean
After construction is complete, our team performs the initial builders clean, focusing on dust removal, eliminating paint splatters, and clearing any construction debris for a spotless environment.
Project Scheduling
PureClean commits to adhering to the proposed schedule, ensuring the project's smooth execution and integrating a sign-off process to maintain transparency and accountability for completed services.
Contract Adjustments
We offer flexibility in our contracts, allowing for additional support or extra services, such as handover cleans, to be added at any point during the project.
Administrative Requirements
PureClean will handle all administrative tasks, including the collection of the Purchase Order and completion of any required procurement-related questionnaires (PRQ).
Booking and Pre-Start Site Visit
Jobs are formally booked, and a pre-project site visit by management is conducted to ensure that all preparations are in place for a successful start.
Project Commencement
On the first day of the project, our dedicated team, along with a site supervisor and management oversight, will conduct necessary inductions and begin the cleaning services.
Final Touches
Our team performs the final stage of cleaning, which includes the removal of any protective films or stickers from appliances and furnishings to ensure the property is pristine and ready for occupation.
Inspection and Handover
Together with the client, we will inspect the cleaning to confirm it meets the high standards expected. Once the client is completely satisfied, the property is considered ready for handover.
Follow-Up
After the service is complete, we conduct a follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and to address any additional needs.
